A Kickstarter for The Apocalypse Maidens, the sequel to my mahou shoujo senshi novel Princess Holy Aura, is now underway. As of this writing there are 26 days left in the Kickstarter and we've a long way to go. I know this isn't a good time of year for Kickstarters, but I'd really like to get this underway, having just finished up all the deliveries for my prior Kickstarter for Shadows of Hyperion.

Some speculation/memories about this story:
1. You’ve stated that Procelli is going to make an appearance here.
2. Holly and Silvertail might have some awkward explanations to make. They said that but Silvertail was going to remember this cycle when it was reset, and everyone remembers here. Does this lead to someone in the family of one of the Apocalypse Maidens thinking that they were lying about that detail and maybe wondering if they were telling at least one other lie?
3. Did Dex’s parents ever get full disclosure about Steven Russ and the danger?
4. Possible romantic relationship between Trayne Owen and Mrs. MacKintor.
I admit that I don’t recall saying Procelli was going to come back. It’s a *possibility*, and boy would he be pissed, but I don’t think I committed to it. Arlaung and Queen Nyarla also are strongly implied to have survived, and of course there’s 2197 looming in the background, but I think the main adversary will be something else.
I have actually already written the next Parent-Wizard conference. Might be tweaked one way or another but that was like the very first thing to take care of. That and establishing that Agent Kisaragi would be a point of view character in this novel.
Yes, if crises will slow down enough Trayne’s (and others’) relationships could get explored.
And a whole buttload of other stuff like the transformation of the world
No, Dex’ parents are at the moment unaware of his second career as a Magical Boy.

Yes, I hope this will turn out better than my last two publishers in terms of “not having something disastrous happen to them”.
